The email address for requesting repeat prescriptions ceased to be in operation on Friday 18th July 2014.

To order a repeat prescription electronically after that date, you will need to be registered for our online Appointment booking facility which also gives you access to your repeat prescriptions. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED TO COME INTO THE SURGERY WITH PHOTO IDENTIFICATION IN ORDER FOR US TO ACTIVATE YOUR REGISTRATION.  WE ARE UNABLE TO ISSUE YOUR LOG IN DETAILS UNTIL YOU HAVE DONE SO.
