Current users of our online services will need to re-register for the new Patient Access service. We also welcome new users to register for this service, which will enable you to book GP appointments and request repeat prescriptions online or using a smartphone app.

Please visit Reception to obtain a printout of your registration details which will enable you to access this new service. Photo ID will be required for new applicants.

We are open until 6:30pm during the week and, if you would like to collect on a Saturday, we are open on 3rd June, 1st July and 5th August between 8:30am and 12:30pm.

On Tuesday 16th May 2017 our new practice computer system went live. We have a new Patient Access system and app for booking appointments and requesting prescriptions. Please contact the surgery for further details of how to access this service. The previous online service has been turned off.

Email Correspondence

Please be aware that the surgery cannot enter into any type of consultation with a nurse or doctor using email. It is not considered a safe way of contacting them. Patients should instead telephone the surgery to make either a 5 minute telephone appointment with a doctor/nurse to speak with them initially or to make a face-to-face appointment instead.

If you receive a similar message to this in response to an email you have sent then it should be considered that your request in your email has not been actioned. You should telephone the surgery and speak to a member of our staff instead.
