Patient Access

In May 2017, Milton House Surgery changed its computer system. This new computer system provides a new online service for patients called Patient Access. This enables patients to request repeat prescriptions and book appointments with a doctor online.

In order to register for Patient Access, you will need to visit the surgery to collect your new registration details, which our receptionists will print out for you.

If you were previously registered for our old online service, you will still need to collect the new registration details, but you will not need to fill anything out in the surgery. ID will be required for new applicants.

Once you have new registration details you will need to visit Patient Online and create your new account. Please note that registration details for the old online service will not work and the two systems are not inter-operable.

Access Patient Access:

Click here to access Patient Access (there is a link on our homepage for this as well).

Instructions for registering online:

Please see the attached Walk-Through Guide for instructions on how to register for Patient Access once you have received your registration details.

You will need to have a PDF reader installed on your device, for example, Adobe Reader, in order to view these instructions.
