Announcement to Patients March 2020

From Saturday 14th March Rothschild House Group will be moving to telephone consultation appointments. The Doctor will invite you in if they need to see you. Please do not come to the surgery, the Doctor will telephone you instead.

Our nurses will see patients who’s appointment is essential. If you have an appointment a member of the nursing team will telephone you beforehand. All non essential nursing appointments will be postponed.

Routine appointments and dispensary will be closed at our Pitstone site from Monday 16th of March. These services are operating out of our Tring site following the guidance above.

APPOINTMENTS AT BERKHAMSTED GROUP PRACTICE

The surgery offers pre-bookable routine appointments which can be booked online, by telephone or in person. Urgent "on the day" appointments are not available for booking online. If you have an urgent problem that you feel cannot wait for a routine appointment, please call the surgery. Please be aware that you may be called by the Duty Doctor first, therefore please ensure that your contact details are up to date. If your problem is not urgent you will not be offered an appointment on the day and can book a routine telephone or face to face appointment at the surgery, or choose a convenient time for a GP appointment in the new Dacorum Extended Access Service.

WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT...

...please bear in mind that we have male and female doctors at the surgery, but for urgent matters you may have to see the doctor on duty that day.
